Stable Digital is an AI-powered digital marketing agency based in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. We provide automated marketing services to Australian small businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose personal information in connection with our platform and services. We are bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide during onboarding and account use, including:
- Business name, ABN, industry, and service area
- Contact details: name, email address, phone number, and business address
- Brand information: tone, voice, target audience, and service descriptions
- Connected account credentials: OAuth tokens for Meta, Google, Mailchimp, and other platforms you connect
- Billing information processed securely via Stripe (we do not store card numbers)
- Usage data: portal interactions, agent outputs, and feedback

- Deliver and personalise AI-generated marketing content on your behalf
- Publish content to connected marketing channels
- Generate monthly performance reports
- Manage your account, subscription, and billing
- Communicate with you about services and support
- Improve our AI agents over time

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Cross-Border Data Transfers
Some providers are located outside Australia, primarily in the United States. By using our services, you consent to your personal information being transferred to and processed in those countries. We take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients handle your information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.
6. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on infrastructure in Australia and Singapore. We use encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access controls, and row-level security on our database. API keys and OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. We do not store payment card details.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information while your account is active. On account closure, we delete or anonymise your data within 30 days, except where legally required to retain it longer.
8. Your Rights
Under the Australian Privacy Act you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, and to lodge a complaint with the OAIC. Contact us at privacy@stabledigital.au — we will respond within 30 days.
